IS THERE A WARRANTY ON DAINO ITEMS?

Yes, we offer a 12 month manufacturers warranty on the movement of our watches and any products that were sent, not in working order. Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover damages that may occur from everyday use (drops or scratches). If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If you have any issues, please email support@daino.ca and our customer service team will respond to your request as soon as possible.

IF I DON’T LIKE MY DAINO PRODUCTS, CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THEM?

Sure thing! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, any brand new product can be returned for a FULL REFUND within 10 days of delivery OR receive store credit within 30 days of delivery. We try to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible. As long as they meet our criteria listed in our Return Policy (bottom of the page). Items on discount are all final sale except those with defects.

I'M A SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER, WILL YOU SPONSER ME?

Well it depends on how cool you are. Just send us an email with a list that can include information such as. How many bears you have wrestled, pictures of yourself on Mount Everest, the most one-handed pushups you have done with a car on your back, you know, nothing too crazy. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number depending on the country we are shipping to. All orders normally ship out in 2-7 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for delays in shipment due to weather other carrier issues. We strive to make sure every possible shipment arrives ahead of schedule but we cannot control the weather. When you select your shipping method during checkout that effect the time in transit. That does not affect the above production timelines.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED? CAN I TRACK IT?

Once your order ships, depending on your geographic location, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days please let us know by emailing support@daino.ca with your order # . We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

HOW ARE DAINO PRODUCTS MADE?

When designing wooden items, we shape the wood, sand and then polish it with a nice finishing oil to ensure its life. For some of our products we laser etch designs into the wood. We then find the perfect accenting fabric/materials that will bring out the natural grain and beauty of the wood to finish the piece. Our wood is ethically sourced from over 28 countries in the world. Our watch head's are Japanese Miyota Citizen Quartz Movement and our final arrangements and processing are done in Canada.

I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things: Your order was never actually placed and processed. You have entered an incorrect email address with your order If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. HOW DO I RESIZE MY WATCH?

In order to adjust the size of your watch, we strongly recommend that you bring it to a watch repair shop (ideal option), or virtually any jewelry store at your local mall. They have the correct tools necessary to size the watch. Please note the arrows on the inside the band that identify which way to hammer the pins out of the watch.

CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

Sorry! At this point in time our manufacturing process does not allow for individual custom orders. This includes custom sizing, wood grain and lens requests. What you see on our site is what is available. If the order meets our moq (minimum order quantity), we can try our best to meet your needs.

ARE THE WOODEN WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?

Yes, they are. Each watch has a different water resistant rating. Please check the watch's description that you are interested to know how resistant your watch is rated at. Some of our watches are capable of being in waters as deep as 50 meters (5ATM). For almost all of our watches, you can wash your hands or come in contact with small amounts of water (life proof). Although our watches are almost all at least water resistant, it's recommended to keep it away from water as best as possible in order to ensure the wood's longevity. By life proof, we don't mean that jumping off of the coast of Havana on your summer vacation is the best idea.

HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY SUNGLASSES & WATCHES?

Our wooden items are extremely low-maintenance, thanks to their protective coating. They do not require waxing and are water resistant. We do recommend that you keep the sunglasses in a hard case whenever possible, in order to protect them from impact. Although your products might be waterproof, it is ideal that you do not leave any wooden parts exposed in water for long periods of time in order to help preserve the wood.

HOW DURABLE ARE DAINO SUNGLASSES?

To keep it short: very. All of our sunglasses feature central frames carved from a single piece of solid, natural hardwood. This reduces the chance of splintering or fragmentation which can occur in inferior frames that have been glued together. We also apply a protective sealant to ensure that the glasses are water resistant and will last for years.
